If you are between 15 and 29 years old, you are entitled to an exemption from mobile phone charges and mobile phone charges by submitting an application for registration in the Register of Beneficiaries for the Exemption of Mobile Phone and Mobile Phone Subscriptions (MDATe).

You can log in to the service with your TAXISnet passwords and submit your application. For beneficiaries who are minors, the application shall be made by the carer.

To submit your application for registration, you will need to indicate:

• your AMKA or PAYPA,
• the beneficiary’s AMKA or PAYPA in the case of a minor under your care;
• the mobile phone number to be exempted;
• the mobile telephone operator on whose network the mobile phone number is operated to be exempted.

To verify the use of your mobile phone number, you will receive a single-use SMS code in this number.

To replace the declared mobile phone number, you will need to delete your submitted application and register a new application.
