Those who upload and rent properties on digital platforms must register them in the short-term real estate register.

You must then:

• submit a short stay declaration by the 20th of the month following the day of departure of each tenant
• finalise the Register of short-term real estate by 28 February of the year of submission of income tax returns at the latest
